It's really cold up here. We are going to get more snow tomorrow. Maybe it will be enough to finally snowmobile.

It took a while but I finally got this picture uploaded on our new blog. Lorrie and Pete were our last guests of 2011. We really enjoyed their company!

2011 was a better year for the Walker House. Our lasts guests of the year Pete and Lorrie were great. We have hosted some wonderful people this year! Thanks to all of you who have stayed with us. We are looking forward to 2012 and some new ventures. We are going to start hosting events in the summer of 2012. After logging in, be sure to visit all the options under Configuration in the Admin Menu Bar above. There are 26 themes to choose from, and you can also create your own. The older version was was so old and uncompatible that it only made sense to upgrade to the latest version to give you additional features.

Did realize that we have not been on in quite awhile.  We've had a summer of amazing guests.  For example, this weekend we had folks from Fairbanks, Alaska, Boca Raton, Florida, Cleveland, Ohio, and Franklin, Wisconsin.  The coming weekend we have more guests arriving and it will be special, again.  Guest arrive and leave as friends!

We send our condolences to the family of some of our very special friend and annual guests, the Peterson Family.  They lost their dear brother Jim, and we are deeply saddened by his passing.  The Peterson Family is very much in our prayers.
